Train was preparing to continue on to work Kimberly and Combined Locks. The building in the background is the Landing at Eagle Flats, apartments built in 2011-12 on the site of what had been a paper mill for over 100 years. Kerwin Paper Co., a subsidiary of Riverside Paper Corp. closed ca. 2005-06.
