GTW 5856         
CN local, after spotting a boxcar for the Neenah Paper mill (formerly Fox River Paper Co.), re-couples to its train on a former C&NW bridge in the Flats in Appleton, WI on 6 Aug. ’14. Train was preparing to continue on to work Kimberly and Combined Locks. The building in the background is the Landing at Eagle Flats, apartments built in 2011-12 on the site of what had been a paper mill for over 100 years. Kerwin Paper Co., a subsidiary of Riverside Paper Corp. closed ca. 2005-06.
