IC 3115
Title:  IC 3115
Description:  CN local crosses Thilmany Rd. and starts across the former C&NW bridge over the Fox River as it services the Expera Specialty Solutions paper mill (out of frame to the right) at Kaukauna, WI on 8 Jul. '17. From its founding in 1883 until 26 Jun. '13, the Kaukauna paper mill was Thilmany Pulp and Paper Co. (a.k.a. Thilmany, LLC or Thilmany Papers). Bridge was built by American Bridge Co. of New York in 1911. The oldest portion of the original Thilmany mill, saved from the wrecking ball and restored, stands out of frame to the left; currently home to the Kaukauna Public Library and offices for Expera Specialty Solutions. Several large additions to that mill would have been visible behind the train, until they were destroyed in 2013.
