I wasn't the only train nut who did a double take when this former SOO locomotive passed the W. Cecil St. overpass (Timothy Hamblin Bridge) as it extracted a string of cars from the former SOO, now CN, yard along Harrison St. at Neenah, WI on 20 Nov. '18. The hardworking volunteers operating the Boys' & Girls' Brigade’s annual wreath sale weren’t sure what to think about the foamers trying to shoot this interesting locomotive. |
