| IC 3115 shoves WC 15 through the CN, former SOO, yard at Neenah, WI, on 12 Nov. '23. I believe they were assembling the Oshkosh local. Sorry, but I will not willingly utter the phrase "shoving platform" to describe a piece of rolling stock which is obviously a caboose. WC 15 is the former AC 9602, although one reference claims it was AC 9606. |
