Description:
Former SNCT boxcar, now CIC 8048, spotted at the CN, former SOO, yard at Neenah, WI on 7 Jan. '16. It was interesting to find remnants of two colorful old short lines coupled together in the yard, the other one was a former ONW boxcar, now CIC 8017.
