CN local momentarily fouls S. Whitman Ave. as it services Quality Carriers, just out-of-frame to the right, at the northwest corner of the wye at the former C&NW yard at Appleton Junction, WI on 3 Mar. '18. An old caboose is partially visible background left. It is painted as RI 17177. Some references claim it was not their caboose, but MILW. The Foremost facility is partially visible background right. They have a spur, but it has not been used for quite a while.
