Description:  TPPX 70117 woodchip gondola was one of a cut of cars being positioned for pick up by a CN local at the Expera Specialty Solutions (originally Thilmany Pulp and Paper Co.) paper mill (out-of-frame to the right) via former C&NW rails at Kaukauna, WI on 26 Sep. '18. At the middle of this side, someone has added a critique of someone else's welding skills since the last time I photographed this side (see inset).
