WGNS 1341 spotted at the CN, former SOO, yard at Neenah, WI on 4 Oct. '15. I did a double take as I drove by the yard, this isn't something you see every day around here, obviously. It looks like the Wisconsin Great Northern Railroad may have acquired a new lounge car or diner for their excursion trains.
