CN through freight is about to pass under the 2nd St. bridge as it heads southeast via former SOO rails at Amherst Junction, WI on 25 Apr. '15. The track for interchange with the former GB&W is rising in the background. This was a chance encounter, otherwise I would have attempted to shoot around the small tree growing on the embankment. While it is clearly visible in the photograph, it was not so visible in the view finder. |
